The Big House is a private owned, sub-leased, 4 bedroom, 2- bath home.                           Non-Smoking                                 (No Maid service)

Main level you will find   (Bed Linens are provided)

• 1st bedroom - 1 double bed with twin top bunk, dresser & closet
• Bathroom – sink, toilet, stand-up shower. (No towels provided)
• Kitchen - fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils.  Full size refrigerator & stove, a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, & table with chairs
• Dinning Room - large table with chairs, & high chair
• Living Room – pullout, 2 recliners, chair, coffee & end tables lamps, satellite T.V. with VCR.
  Mud Room – washer & dryer  
• Upper level – 3 bedrooms & bathroom
• 2nd bedroom – 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed with twin top bunk , dresser, chair & closet
• 3rd bedroom – 2double beds, with twin bunk tops, dresser,& closet
• 4th bedroom – 1double bed,1 double bed with twin top bunk ,dresser, chair & closet
• Large bathroom – tub/shower combo, sink, & toilet (No Towels provided)

Rates (Effective 10-01-05) 8 people occupancy (16 maximum)

• $1,099.00 per week.         (rates subject to change)
• $199.00 per night
• $5.00 per night for each additional adult (Children 12 & under stay free)
• $25.00 pet charge per stay
• 9 % sales tax will be added to rate. Key deposit may be required.

June 15th – October 15th Summer Rates (per week only). Typically reservation made by the week only. Weekly rentals start from Saturday to Saturday.

However, exception will be made only if 7 days prior to check in the unit is not already reserved.

Please keep in mind this is a private owned, sub-leased home and some dates are blacked out for the owners private use.

Review  the lodge POLICIES for information regarding reservations, cancellations, pets, Check in/out times.  The owners follow these policies.
